Pyrrion Solutions wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition unless the return is due to shipping damage or a fulfillment error.
To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition and include all items originally provided with the order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or an error occurred during fulfillment.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Pyrrion Solutions within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
Pyrrion Solutions may request additional information or photos to process damage claims. Again, just a little protection if someone sends a blurry photo six months later.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Digital products, downloadable files, STL files, and other digital downloads are non-refundable.
Pyrrion Solutions reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
